Terms of Sale and Use
These terms apply to KI Maker low-voltage electronic boards, accessories, documentation, and related content.

KI Maker is a product brand operated by Kuster Induction Solutions LLC, a Texas limited liability company. References to “KI Maker,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these terms mean Kuster Induction Solutions LLC when operating under the KI Maker brand.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By purchasing or using a KI Maker product, you agree to these terms, the applicable product listing, and any product-specific instructions, ratings, warnings, and documentation.
If there is a conflict, the active marketplace listing and the product-specific documentation supplied with the product control for that particular purchase or product.
3. Marketplace purchases
KI Maker products may be sold through third-party marketplaces, including eBay. Checkout, payment processing, sales tax collection, order confirmation, shipping administration, and marketplace communications are handled through the platform used for the purchase.
The applicable marketplace rules and the active product listing form part of the transaction. KI Maker does not collect payment information through this website when a purchase is completed on an external marketplace.
4. Pricing and availability
Prices, promotions, quantities, and availability may change without notice. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or affected by a listing or inventory error.
Any cancellation or refund resulting from such an error will be processed through the marketplace on which the order was placed.
5. Shipping, delivery, and risk of loss
Shipping methods, charges, estimated delivery dates, and eligible destinations are stated in the applicable product listing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Questions concerning a marketplace order should be submitted through that marketplace’s messaging or order-support system.
6. Returns and order problems
Return eligibility, deadlines, and procedures are stated in the active marketplace listing and are also subject to the marketplace’s buyer protection and return policies.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the listing, contact us promptly through the marketplace where the purchase was made. Please retain the product, packaging, and order information until the matter has been resolved.
7. Product ratings and intended use
KI Maker products are low-voltage electronic interface and control products intended for prototyping, educational, maker, technician, and appropriate low-voltage control applications.
The purchaser and system integrator are responsible for confirming that the selected product is suitable for the intended application and that it is installed, wired, protected, and operated within the published ratings.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, KI Maker products are not intended for:
- Direct connection to AC mains voltage
- Medical or life-support equipment
- Emergency-stop or life-safety functions
- Safety Integrity Level or Performance Level applications
- Applications in which failure could cause injury or major property damage
- Automotive, aviation, or other safety-critical control systems
8. Installation and integration
Products must be installed by a person with appropriate knowledge of low-voltage DC wiring and electronic systems. Power must be removed before wiring changes are made.
The purchaser is responsible for suitable power supplies, wiring, fusing, load protection, enclosures, grounding, environmental protection, and system-level testing. Published product ratings must not be exceeded.
9. Product documentation
Manuals, quick-start guides, specifications, wiring information, and other documentation are provided to support proper product selection and use. Documentation may be updated as products are revised or additional testing is completed.
Buyers should use the documentation corresponding to the product model and revision they received. Current documentation is available through the KI Maker Documentation Center.
10. Limited product remedy
If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing or workmanship defect, the available remedy may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion, subject to the applicable product listing, marketplace requirements, and applicable law.
This remedy does not cover damage resulting from:
- Incorrect wiring, polarity, or installation
- Overvoltage, excessive current, or operation beyond published ratings
- Short circuits, unsuitable loads, or inadequate external protection
- Modification, unauthorized repair, or physical abuse
- Moisture, corrosion, conductive debris, or unsuitable environments
- Normal wear or cosmetic variation that does not affect function
Any additional product-specific warranty will be stated in the applicable listing or accompanying documentation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kuster Induction Solutions LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, lost production, lost data, lost revenue, or damage to equipment connected to a KI Maker product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
12. Website and intellectual property
KI Maker names, logos, product designs, photographs, diagrams, documents, and website content are owned by or licensed to Kuster Induction Solutions LLC unless otherwise stated.
Documentation may be downloaded and used for installing, evaluating, and operating genuine KI Maker products. It may not be republished, sold, misleadingly modified, or presented as the work of another party without written permission.
13. Privacy
Information submitted through this website is handled according to the KI Maker Privacy Policy. Information submitted to an external marketplace is also governed by that marketplace’s privacy policy.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply. Any mandatory consumer protections available under applicable law remain unaffected.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our products, sales channels, or policies change. The effective date displayed at the top identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter the terms of an order already accepted unless required by law.
